Below is the link to my creative critical reflection for our movie "Midnight," generated with QuickTime Player which I then uploaded through YouTube. This screen recording truly examines and explains all the hard work that went into creating this masterpiece of a film opening.

This is the exact camera we used for filming (Point of view shots)

We also used an iPhone 6 camera attached to a "Selfie Stick" to get certain shots

WE FINALLY FINISHED!!!!!!!

Everything is finished and ready to go! We have filmed everything as well as put together all the footage in order to make our final piece. We also edited our film and cut out unnecessary parts that we do not need. We added filters and color in order to make our film seem like found footage and we also incorporated plenty of GoPro shots.

Filming wise we are complete but each of us still has to do the directors commentary. This part will obviously be a lot easier than the whole filming and editing aspect but still, it is not something we can take lightly because we want to achieve the highest possible grade on this project.

We have already shown our film to family members and friends and so far the feedback is great, they all love it! Most of the people we showed even stated that our film is quite scary and would make an awesome movie. Some people even said that they were upset it was only two minutes long because they wanted to see more.

Obviously the main goal for these two minutes was to really catch the viewers attention and as a group we feel like we really nailed it. The sounds, scenery, quick cuts and acting really help draw in viewers and make them want to watch more and more.

Only thing left is "STOKLOSA TIME," this is the process of Mrs. Stoklosa grading our project and getting back to us! Wish us luck.
These past couple of days have been great. We have been thinking about different ideas that we could add to our film.

We started filming in school and so far we have a couple good shots that we are more than likely going to add. We wanted to create a real life "student" feel so we had all group members be apart of the shots. We walked down the halls of the school and talked about how we want to do something daring and go on adventure together. This shot will act as the opening to our film and then it will cut to scenes of us at the prison.

We also talked to many students around the school and asked what their opinion on our film is. We also asked them if they thought we should add or delete anything from our film. So far the results have been awesome, we have gotten plenty of feedback and tips on improving our film.

Editing has also started but we have not yet finished that aspect of our film. We are trying to make our film seem as raw as possible. In other words we really, really, really want our film to look like found footage.
